We have four fun programs for adults.
Come and meet new friends and try something new.

Our Programs
STARS Program
Daytime activities include:
- Social outings
- Arts and crafts
- Group activities
- Lunches
Every Wednesday from 9am to 3pm.
Located at Burton Community Hub, 380 Waterloo Corner Road, Burton.
- Eligibility: Adults aged 19 - 65 with an intellectual disability

Fun on Friday
Daytime activities such as:

Every Friday from 9am to 3pm.

Salisbury Social Group
Evening activities such as:
- Arts and crafts
- Dinners
- Social outings
- Group activities
- Cooking
- Dress ups
- Creative nights
- Guest speakers
Fortnightly on Thursday from 6.30pm to 8.30pm.
Located at Burton Community Hub, 380 Waterloo Corner Road, Burton.

The Shed
Come along and meet other new people and use your skills or learn new ones in a friendly supportive environment.
Activities include:
- Wood work
- Individual projects
- Social interaction
- Metal work
- Basic computer activities
- Lunch outings
Open Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 9 am to 3 pm.
Located at The Workshop (Burton Community Hub), 380 Waterloo Corner Rd, Burton.

Therefore, we need your feedback. Your opinions and suggestions are very important for the ongoing improvement of our program.
How to provide feedback
It is recommended that you communicate with the person that you feel most comfortable in resolving the matter.
Compliments, comments or complaints can be given in person, by phone or in writing.
- Discuss the matter with your support worker
- Contact a staff member to discuss the matter
- Use the Compliment, Comments and Complaints form
- Contact an advocate, a friend or family member to speak about the matter on your behalf
- Contact the Quality Officer, Leslie Wightman on 8406 8328 or email lwightman@salisbury.sa.gov.au to discuss the matter

All complaints will be dealt with in a confidential, fair and timely manner.
Open disclosure
We adopt an open disclosure approach where if something goes wrong that has a negative impact on you, Salisbury Home and Community Services will provide respectful, open and honest communication to ensure you are ok and where possible change services to better meet your needs.
By working together we will learn about your experience and improve our services for you and others in the future.
