Rationale:

In partnership with Paralowie Village Shopping Centre as part of The Village Wall project, artist Jimmy C was commissioned to create a large-scale mural celebrating the diversity and energy of our city.

Jimmy C, known for his distinctive geometric style, said, ‘Public art brings colour into an area, making a positive impact. It can inspire conversation and create a sense of identity. With this mural facing a primary school and kindergarten, I made the portraits large enough for students across the road to see and appreciate, using colours and themes to uplift the community.’
