Salisbury Fringe Carnival is this weekend! Join us Friday 21 February from 6pm to 9.30pm and Saturday 22 February from 3pm to 10pm.
Ready for a weekend of fun, food, and fabulous entertainment? The Salisbury Fringe Carnival is back, and it’s better than ever! Join us on Friday 21 February and Saturday 22 February 2025 at Carisbrooke Park for two unforgettable nights of free, family-friendly fun!
Imagine live music filling the air, the smell of delicious food wafting through the park, and the sound of laughter and excitement all around you. Whether you’re looking for thrilling amusement rides, dazzling performances, or a place to relax and enjoy the vibe, the Salisbury Fringe Carnival has got you covered.
Here’s just a taste of what’s in store:
Live music - Enjoy a stellar lineup of live music, featuring headlining act The Incredibles Band and the talented Jake Daulby.
Entertainment - Be amazed by jaw-dropping performances in the Rastelli Tent, fiery displays from incredible fire twirlers, Riot City Wrestling shows and international acrobatic act HeroMacro.
Free amusement rides - There’s something for everyone with a mix of exciting rides, including favourites like the Sizzler, Ferris wheel, dodgem cars, and Safari Train, plus the newly added Super Trooper!
Silent disco - Pop on some headphones and boogie in your own space—sensory vests included!
Tasty eats - Feast on a wide variety of delicious food and drink options from local vendors.
Interactive fun - Explore the kids’ zone, bounce on inflatables, and dive into activities perfect for the whole family.

Live music
Jake Daulby from 6.30pm
Kicking off Friday 21 February, Jake Daulby takes the stage from 6.30pm armed with his guitar and powerful vocals. Then, with his full band, he’ll turn up the energy for an electrifying performance to get the whole crowd moving.
The Incredibles Band from 6pm
We're excited to announce that The Incredibles Band will be headlining this year's Salisbury Fringe Carnival entertainment line up on Saturday 22 February!
Known as Adelaide’s most dynamic party band, The Incredibles deliver high-energy performances packed with all your favourite hits.
Join us on Saturday, 22 February as they take the stage for two unmissable live sets:
Set 1: crowd favourite cover songs - 6pm
Set 2: 50 Years of Queen tribute show - 8pm
Get ready to sing, dance, and rock the night away!
