Bagster Road Community Centre invite you for a free coffee, cake and chat. The first session for Conversation Cafe at Bagster Road Community Centre on Wednesday 22 May 9.30am to 11.30am.
Situated in the heart of the Bagster Road precinct, this spacious facility is located in a tree studded reserve adjacent to shops and other community facilities. Bagster Road Community Centre provides childcare as well as a number of other family and support services, and community programs and activities.
The Centre hosts many innovative programs that support people to develop employment skills, make the first steps into further education or just learn something new in a vibrant, welcoming and friendly environment.
The Fast and Fresh meal kits and the community catering service are social enterprises run from the Centre. Contact the Centre for information and costs.
When not in use for formal programs the computers, printing and photocopying facilities are available for community use.
Room hire
The air-conditioned/heated hall is a versatile open area with a stage and seating capacity for up to 130 people and opens onto a reserve. There are smaller meeting rooms, an accessible kitchen and a crèche area also available for community hire.
