headspace at Twelve25

Young people aged 12 to 25 living in City of Salisbury can access free and confidential mental health support at Twelve25 without a doctor’s referral.

Speak to a qualified worker from headspace who can help with mental health and wellbeing, physical and sexual health, work and study, and alcohol and other drug use. You can attend up to four free sessions and will be referred for further support services if needed.

If you or someone you know needs emergency assistance, call Triple Zero (000) or Lifeline 13 11 14. You can find mental health help now on the SA Health website.

For other non-emergency mental health services for youth, visit the SA Health website.

Request an appointment

You can request an appointment by:

  • calling headspace Edinburgh North on 8209 0750
  • completing an online referral form
  • asking someone you trust to contact headspace or complete the online referral form for you.

When requesting an appointment, please mention that you would like to be seen at Twelve25.

After you have requested an appointment, a friendly team member from headspace Edinburgh North will contact you for a quick chat about what you need.

Once you have an appointment scheduled, you’ll receive an SMS with details about your upcoming appointment.

headspace Edinburgh North is operated by Sonder. All headspace services are funded by the Australian Government Department of Health and Aged Care. Administration of funding is carried out by the headspace centre’s local Primary Health Network, in this case, Adelaide (Adelaide PHN).
