Home Library Service

This free service delivers library materials to City of Salisbury residents who cannot easily access the library. Deliveries and pickups are every four (4) weeks to retirement villages, nursing homes, helping hand centres and residential homes.

Eligibility

Residents may require the service due to a short term injury that leaves the person unable to leave their home, or due to long term health issues or mobility limitations.

To request the home library service, residents must complete a membership form and may need to provide a letter from a relevant health care professional (doctor, domiciliary care or other support agency) confirming the reason the service is required.
