Community Land Management Plans
The management of Council’s Community Land is governed by the Local Government Act 1999. Division 4 of the Act requires Council to prepare and adopt management plan(s) for its community land, and to manage community land in accordance with the management plan(s).
Council adopted Community Land Management Plans 1 and 2 relating to community land held in its ownership and under its care, control and management, at its meeting held on 26 August 2019 and has undertaken a Public Consultation in line with Section 197 of the Local Government Act.
