Lease Portion of Allotment 1002 in Deposited Plan 80382 for 10 Years.
As per Council meeting held 25th March 2019, Council Resolved (Item 2.5.2 – Grounds Licence Agreement – St Kilda Tackle & Tucker) to enter into a 10 year grounds Licence Agreement with St Kilda Tackle and Tucker over a portions of allotment 1002 in deposited plan 80382, adjacent to St Kilda Road, St Kilda.
For Council to enter into this agreement, Public Consultation must be completed. Copies of the plans detailing the locations are available for public inspection at Council’s Operations Centre at 120 Cross Keys Road, Salisbury South.
Should any persons have an objection to the proposal, they must be in written format, including the full name and address of the person making the objection and must provide reasons of objection prior to 1st May 2019.
