Review of Local Government Act Order Making Policy

The City of Salisbury has prepared a Draft Local Government Act Order Making Policy and is seeking feedback from the community.
The Draft Local Government Act Order Making Policy includes changes that have been brought about by legislative amendments and also as a result of the recent commencement of the Local Nuisance and Litter Control Act 2016, and the inclusion of Section 216 and 218 of the Local Government Act 1999.
Copies of the Draft Policy are available for inspection (without charge) or can be purchased at the Council Offices at 12 James Street, Salisbury.
Written submissions are invited from interested persons and should be directed to:
