Nurturing Nature Plant Vouchers return for eighth year
The City of Salisbury’s popular Nurturing Nature, subsidised plant voucher initiative is back for its eighth year, encouraging residents to enhance their gardens with beautiful, low-maintenance native plants.
Offered in partnership with Provenance Indigenous Plants, the program supports local biodiversity by promoting the planting of native species that attract birds, butterflies, and other wildlife. Native plants require less water and formal pruning, making them a sustainable and easy-care choice for home gardens.
From Monday, 31 March, 300 vouchers will be available to City of Salisbury residents at a subsidised cost of $10, with a limit of two per household. Each voucher allows the holder to collect 10 native plants from Provenance Indigenous Plants, Wednesdays and Saturdays from 10am to 3pm. Vouchers must be redeemed by Saturday, 1 November 2025.
Autumn and winter provide ideal planting conditions, helping new plants establish with the cooler, wetter weather. Don't miss this opportunity to create a thriving, eco-friendly garden.
