Event Mawson Centre Christmas Market

Mawson Centre Christmas Market coming to town

The Mawson Centre Christmas Market is coming to town on Sunday 28 November 2021 from 10am to 2pm.

Located on Main Street, Mawson Lakes at the Mawson Centre, it’s the ideal place to go and tick off some people from the present list.

The City of Salisbury and the University of South Australia have partnered up for the free community event with local performers, food trucks, face painters, a jumping castle and more than 50 stalls packed with craft goods, artwork, candles, make up and much more.

The market normally runs each year, but in 2020 it was forced to cancel due to COVID-19. This year is its big return and the community is encouraged to come along and show their support for the event and the local makers and stallholders out on the day.

Mayor Gillian Aldridge OAM said the day was a perfect opportunity to stock up on Christmas gifts for loved ones.

Why not make this a day out and shop the stalls, check out the activities on offer, grab a bite to eat and take a look around Mawson Lakes.

I’m pleased to see this event return this year – the market activates the centre of Mawson Lakes and brings Christmas cheer and a great atmosphere to the area.
