Salisbury City Centre Renewal – Len Beadell Expression of Interest
The City of Salisbury is excited to announce another key element of our City Centre revitalisation.
The release of the Len Beadell library site for Expressions of Interest, as well as consideration of three additional key Council-owned sites, is a significant milestone in the delivery of our vision for the City’s heart, and will further enhance Salisbury as a progressive, connected and sustainable city.
This builds on Council’s recent investment in the City Centre, including the delivery of the Salisbury Community Hub, the Church and John Streets Revitalisation Project, and the Salisbury Aquatic Centre and Recreation Precinct redevelopment.
We look forward to capitalising on the significant potential of these landmark sites to assist with the ongoing revitalisation of our City Centre by delivering a diverse range of uses, from housing or serviced apartments, to retail and commercial opportunities.
Expressions of Interest process
Interested parties are invited to submit a proposal as part of this Expression of Interest to enable Council to assess the feasibility and benefits of the proposal and determine next steps for the Project.
Interested parties will be pre-qualified by Council's Exclusive Marketing Agents and Commercial Advisors. Proposals submitted as part of the EOI process must:
- Include the information requested and Response Requirements as set out in the Information Memorandum.
