Salisbury Community Christmas Carols returns to Carisbrooke Park
The much-loved Salisbury Community Christmas Carols free community event will be held at Carisbrooke Park on Saturday 7 December, from 4.30 pm to 9.30 pm.
Headlining this year’s event is The Voice Australia star and social media sensation, Jenna Hudson of Jenna with the pink, as well as the talented Royal Australian Navy Band, bringing the Salisbury community an evening of iconic Christmas carols to remember.
This free, family-friendly event starts at 4:30 pm and features live entertainment from local performers, including Singalong with Jimmy, the Adelaide Highland Pipe Band, and I~CASPA Singing and Performing Arts Group, for an unforgettable, inclusive, community celebration of holiday spirit.
The Salisbury Community Christmas Carols is a perfect opportunity for our community to come together, celebrate the festive season, and reflect on another fantastic year in our City.
This free event is all about connecting people through the joy of music and the spirit of togetherness that defines our wonderful City of Salisbury.
The evening's live performances will culminate in a spectacular main stage showcase starting at 7.30 pm. The event will conclude with a fireworks display at 9 pm, lighting up the sky in a fitting finale to this festive celebration.
Santa will make a special appearance for photo opportunities, and visitors are encouraged to dress in their best Christmas outfit for a chance to win a Hoyts Salisbury double pass.
Attendees can also enjoy Christmas-themed activities, craft tables, temporary tattoos, jumping castles, SES and CFS Touch a Truck, a mascot dance-off, and other festive fun for all ages. Food vendors will offer carnival favourites, while the Rotary Club of Salisbury will host a BBQ and the Golden Grove Lions Club will offer cinnamon doughnuts.
