Salisbury’s annual International Women’s Day celebration
The City of Salisbury will proudly host its annual International Women’s Day celebration on Wednesday 5 March, from 6pm to 9.30pm at the Salisbury Community Hub.
Hosted by Mayor Gillian Aldridge OAM, the evening will feature special guest Ali Clarke and be MC’d by local favourites, the Adelady duo. Guests will enjoy delicious catering, a complimentary drink on arrival, and a lucky door prize, with Cabaret powerhouses Libby O’Donovan OAM and Amelia Ryan previewing their show I am Woman – a raucous celebration of hit songs from 1960s Australia.
With just 200 tickets available, this highly anticipated event is expected to sell out fast. All community members are welcome to attend and encouraged to book early via Eventbrite. Tickets are priced at $40 for standard entry and $35 for concessions.
This elegant evening will shine a spotlight on the remarkable contributions of women while providing an opportunity for guests to connect, feel inspired, and celebrate.
