TreeClimb Salisbury now open

Salisbury is now home to four of South Australia’s longest ziplines, as TreeClimb has completed its new course at Harry Bowey Reserve in Salisbury Park.

TreeClimb Salisbury is the first of its kind in northern Adelaide, and promises a unique experience, with ziplines up to 150 metres long and platforms soaring almost 12 metres above the ground.

Adventure seekers can enjoy over one kilometre of thrilling ziplines woven into the park's natural environment, along with suspended obstacle courses high in the tree canopy.

Bringing one of South Australia’s most popular attractions closer to northern residents, TreeClimb Salisbury is a family-friendly park, featuring a dedicated course that allows parents and children to climb together.

Harry Bowey Reserve was chosen for its ideal location, facilities, parking, and picnic areas. Community access to the park will remain unaffected, and tree health is a priority, with a comprehensive arborist survey conducted before construction and ongoing monitoring to follow.

The project followed extensive community consultation, with 93% of respondents supporting the initiative. The independent Council Development Assessment Panel approved the development application in April 2024. Bookings now open. For more information, visit www.salisbury.sa.gov.au/treeclimb
