The City of Salisbury are partnering with a Buildtec and Catcorp consortium to revitalise the Salisbury City Centre into one of South Australia’s most vibrant Centres.
Over the coming years, the Salisbury City Centre will be undergoing an ambitious and exciting renewal program.
A program of investment will expand and energise the Salisbury City Centre with new businesses, shops, homes, community facilities, green spaces and transport will revitalise our growing and exciting City Centre.

The City of Salisbury is driving a large-scale renewal of the Salisbury City Centre. This strategy was first laid out in 2012 and Council has taken a number of strategic steps to progress this important renewal project.
The $10 million investment by the City of Salisbury to revitalise the Church and John Streets is now complete.

The concept for the Salisbury Community Hub was first proposed in the Salisbury City Centre Renewal Strategy 2012 and the $43 million project was delivered in 2019.
