About me

I am Tiger, my sister Harmony and I ended up in the pound together. I am glad we had each other when we came in as we were very scared and really leaned on each other the first week we were here. Without my sister I would have never learned to walk on lead or it would have just taken longer I guess. Over time we started to learn how to become more independent from each other. I have met some other dogs here and although I can still be a bit shy I am slowly meeting other dogs and I am doing pretty well with that. I just need to spend a bit more time with other dogs to keep building my confidence. I can still get a little shy/nervous around new people. But once I get to know you I love to have cuddles. If you have kids at home I am totally okay with that but maybe older kids would be better for me. If you have a dog at home already please ask to bring them with you when you come to meet me. My sister has now found her forever home and now it’s my turn, will your home be my forever home?

Behaviour/temperament Assessment

Handling was easy as he is shy. Was able to check teeth and paws and he became more relaxed as we went through it all. Needs more confidence building and a home with older kids is fine, just not too young or with loud noises. No jumpy behaviour, will come to you for pats while he is building confidence. Sweet young boy. Ulcer in right eye, currently receiving treatment. Independent Behaviour Assessor.
